The song that I would like to pick for my music video, is not going to be an incredibly long song as within my preliminary task, I did struggle with a short song and getting the lip-syncing right, mainly because of the beat of the song. Because of that, I want to have a song that is more melancholy and easier to lip-sync because a fast-beat and lyrics, as I found out, is quite hard to work with.
Because of this, I want to have quite a melancholy song such as:
- All Fall Down by One Republic
This song would be quite good for a male singer/actor as it is a male singer song only and it also has instruments within it that can be used in the music video such as the guitar.
For a female/male song I could use the song:
- Hate & Love by Jack Savoretti ft. Sienna Miller
Both songs are not what I would call long songs in terms of their tempo as they are quite slow and I can use that to my advantage unlike in my Preliminary Task, the shots had to be quick because of the speed of the lyrics.
