Digipak - Final Edit

Digipak Final Edit

Improvements:

Cover:
From the feedback I have been given, I have changed the font on the album title, as it did not look as professional as a bolder, larger font, that was closer together and less distant and I felt that I had to improve it, going from my feedback from my teachers, and I have done the same with the magazine. I also added a small note at the bottom of the track list saying 'thank you to all of our fans who made this album a possibility' as a nod towards the fans as a small thank you, but I have put another one on the inside of the digipak. I also made a few modifications to the barcode. Also, from my feedback, I made the picture of the artist less intense and more relaxed.

Also, some of the edges were a little intense and I used the blur tool in Adobe Photoshop to tone them down, especially where the artists top meets the trees and around the darkened neck of the t-shirt.

Inside:
On the inside, with the feedback I was given, and noticing it myself, the inside was very bare. So, on the barest panel with only a small 'visit www.onerepublic.com' piece of text, I added more, putting in a small thank you from the band, the digipak becoming more personal with the fans. I also added small icons for Facebook, Twitter and Vine, showing that there are other ways for the fans to consume the artists media via the internet and the many websites on the internet, other than their own official website. I think that the panel looks less bare and more professional than before.

Also, with the icons for Facebook, Twitter and Vine, I put them in order of colour from darkest to lightest and I have done the same on the magazine, mirroring it, as I think it looks more formal if done in order of colour in this way rather than mixing it.
